Beryl Brachman is a costume designer and illustrator based in Los Angeles. She has designed more than 25 productions, including feature films, theater shows, and live performances. Beryl is a member of the Costume Designers Guild Local 892 and the Film Costumers Union Local 705. She has collaborated with producers such as Disney, Paramount+, NBC/Universal, and Fox. Some of her recent credits include designing costumes for the Fallout activation at SXSW (2024), Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023), Star Trek: Picard Seasons 2 & 3 (2022), and Black Boy Joy (short), which received the Lionsgate/STARZ Producer Award at the 2020 Blackstar Film Festival. 

Beryl holds an MFA in costume design from California Institute of the Arts and a BA in Theater/Japanese Language and Literature from Smith College. She also received training in kimono dress and etiquette from the Miyabi Yuki kimono school in Kyoto, Japan.
